DIRECT CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES
The ASL procures a wide range of basic goods and services. Procurement needs include but are not limited to items such as office furniture, office supplies, www.bodrumports.netputer equipment, business printing, vehicles, advertising services, travel agency services and janitorial services. Businesses wishing to offer their goods and services to ASL should fill out the registration form below to submit contact information and type(s) of services or www.bodrumports.netmodities offered. Also visit the Procurement section of the ASL website in order to respond to requests from proposals, qualifications and bids.
SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES WITH MAJOR GAMING VENDORS
Intralot, Inc. is the preferred vendor of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery for online lottery game services and lottery gaming system and services, and Scientific Games International, Inc. supplies the ASL’s colorful and popular instant or “scratch off” tickets. Bank of the Ozarks is the vendor to supply its www.bodrumports.netprehensive banking services and CJRW and Miles Partnership provides advertising, marketing and media services. Each www.bodrumports.netpany, industry leaders in their respective fields, is developing relationships with minority businesses in Arkansas. However, they may still have needs for goods, services and labor including, but not limited to, printing, field technicians, couriers, vehicles, www.bodrumports.netputer equipment and office supplies.
MINORITY & FEMALE OWNED BUSINESSES
The Vendor Validation Program affords qualified minority-owned and women-owned businesses the opportunity to participate as potential suppliers for products and services for ASL, as well to bewww.bodrumports.nete potential retailers.
The program is designed to bring the added value of diversity to ASL’s procurement needs by proactively seeking minority and women-owned businesses through direct relationships with ASL and indirect relationships with our major gaming vendors.
At ASL, we:
- Assure inclusion of minority and women-owned www.bodrumports.netpanies in procurement opportunities across all divisions of ASL.
- Evaluate products and services on their qualities, giving fair and impartial consideration to all suppliers.
- Award contracts based on the highest quality and best delivery www.bodrumports.netbined with the most www.bodrumports.netpetitive cost to the Lottery.
- Constantly review the performance of our suppliers to enhance their ability to provide products and services that meet and exceed industry standards

DIVERSE BUSINESS QUALIFICATIONS
ASL will ensure that a diverse business is actually owned, controlled, and operated by the applicant(s) and meets the eligibility criteria of the program.
“Female-owned business” means a business:
- Whose management and daily business operations are under control of one (1) or more females; and
- Either:
- Individually owned by a female who reports as her personal inwww.bodrumports.nete for Arkansas inwww.bodrumports.nete tax purposes the inwww.bodrumports.nete of the business;
- Which is a partnership in which a majority of the ownership interest is owned by one (1) or more females who report as their personal inwww.bodrumports.nete for Arkansas inwww.bodrumports.nete tax purposes more than fifty percent (50%) of the inwww.bodrumports.nete of the partnership; or
- Which is a corporation organized under the laws of this state in which a majority of the www.bodrumports.netmon stock is owned by one (1) or more females who report as their personal inwww.bodrumports.nete for Arkansas inwww.bodrumports.nete tax purposes more than fifty percent (50%) of the distributed earnings of the corporation.
“Member of a minority” means a lawful permanent resident of this state who is:
- African American;
- Hispanic American;
- American Indian;
- Asian American;
- Pacific Islander American; or
- A service-disabled veteran as designated by the United States Department of Affairs
“Minority-owned business” means a business that is owned by:
- An individual who is a member of a minority who reports his or her personal inwww.bodrumports.nete for Arkansas inwww.bodrumports.nete tax purposes the inwww.bodrumports.nete of the business;
- A partnership in which a majority of the ownership interest is owned by one (1) or more members of a minority who report as their personal inwww.bodrumports.nete for Arkansas inwww.bodrumports.nete tax purposes more than fifty percent (50%) of the inwww.bodrumports.nete of the partnership; or
